Nanci was amazing! We could call her anytime to ask questions. Anything she wasn't sure about she looked into and got back to us. Her advice was always spot on. We had not been to Europe before; it was so nice to have someone to “hold our hands” (so to speak), guide us, answer our questions, and just generally reassure us that everything was under control. Nanci is very thorough, knowledgeable, and competent. It was easy to place our trust in her. And that trust was well founded.

This is the second time working with Nanci for a trip. Just like last time, the whole experience before and during the trip was professional and exceptional. Nanci and team are very responsive and strive to include every activity and place we wanted to visit. We had a bit of a travel hiccup due to a severely delayed flight which had significant impact to the remainder of our trip. Nanci had the whole situation completely resolved within just a couple hours and we were on our way.

Nanci is amazing! All I do is send her a travel wish request, and she waves her magic wand and "poof," a wonderful trip is planned and executed! She has spoiled us rotten - I can't even fathom trying to plan a trip abroad myself without her help and expertise. Even when there is a slight glitch in plans (which rarely happens), she is Johnny-on-the-Spot to get things fixed - even when she is travelling herself in some distant country.
